Welcome!
I am currently the director of the Math Tutorial Lab in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Iowa. I am also a lecturer and the coordinator of the math placement exam for the Math Department. I am happy to be back in Iowa City after graduating here in 2005 with a PhD in mathematics under the direction of Professor Paul Muhly.
My mathematical research focuses mainly on the study of operator algebras, specifically the study of graph C*-algebras. In addition to this, I am interested in improving mathematics education for undergraduates and working with graduate students as they prepare to become future faculty members.
