                                         OVERHEAD SLIDES

We are preparing overhead slides of each section in the book.  As of this writing, most of 
these have been prepared; and in fact, most of them have been used over several years in 
teaching the course associated with our book. We expect to complete the overhead slides 
by the end of 2003, and we hope much earlier.

There are probably still some small errors remaining in the slides, although we believe 
we have caught most of them by now.  Feel free to send to us information on errors, at 
the email address

We will continue to update these files, trying to make them better for teaching.

In some cases, we have omitted materials that do not fit well into the framework of 
Slitex, because of size limitations.  These materials are referenced in the slides, but are 
stored within the associated subdirectory at the URL
